Join music journalist Katherine Yeske Taylor for an online chat about her new book, “She’s a Badass: Women in Rock Shaping Feminism”, about the role of women in Rock & Roll and how these fierce pioneering females helped to shape modern feminism.
Taylor has interviewed pretty much all of the living legends in the music world and brings a unique perspective to the table as she explores the positive influences of females who paved the way for the new wave of women in Rock & Roll.
This will be a fun interview with much humor and a few surprises. Please make a plan to participate live at @Downtown Book & Sound or tune in on live on Facebook or YouTube. You’ll be happy you did!
Let’s celebrate Katherine Yeske Taylor’s riveting book, and also the female legends who’s talent and fierce spirit not only changed the music industry – they helped to change the world.
