Downtown Book & Sound welcomes all three Salinas City Council District 3 candidates to the forum. The incumbent, Margaret D’arrigo, Brent Bagley, and Cary Swensen, the challengers are confirmed for the evening, facilitated by The 831 co-founder, journalist Neil Pearlberg.
Candidates will respond to questions submitted by the public [in advance]. Each will have 3 minutes to talk about the subjects residents feel are relevant to the district and/or city.
